Preparation
Before your appointment
- Hydrate well Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your appointment.
- Eat a light meal Something light an hour or so beforehand helps you stay comfortable during the infusion.
- Wear comfortable clothing Loose sleeves or something that allows easy access to your arms.
- Plan enough time Vitamin infusions take 45–60 minutes. NAD+ infusions take 2–3 hours.
- Mobile bookings Please ensure clear access to your chosen location and a comfortable chair or couch for your treatment.
- Feeling unwell? Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can reschedule.

What to expect

We meet & confirm
Your AHPRA-registered nurse will greet you and confirm your details and booking.
- 02
Medical screening
New clients complete a brief screening with one of our GPs. Scripting is included in your new-client booking.
- 03
Treatment
Your nurse will set up the infusion and stay with you throughout, monitoring for comfort and safety.
- 04
Aftercare & advice
Your nurse will share aftercare tips and answer any questions before wrapping up.
