Our Terms of Service sets forth the agreement between SOUL IV Pty Ltd. (SOUL IV), and each user.

You should not use the information for diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or for prescription of any medication or other treatment. SOUL IV products are not a substitute for independent professional advice. The products are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor should it be used as a substitute for your own health professional’s advice.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before placing your booking with SOUL IV.

These Terms of Service contain important information about the booking, processing, fulfilment and delivery of goods, including limitations of liability.

Any new products that are added shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on the website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Your Agreement with Our Terms of Service



In this Agreement, unless the context indicates otherwise:

Agreement” means the agreement constituted by the terms set out in this document between you and us and includes any variation to this Agreement.
Associates” is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Business Days” means a weekday in which trading banks are open for the transaction of banking business in Victoria, Australia.
Consequential Loss” includes, without limitation: loss of profits; loss of revenue; loss of data; lost production; loss of business; loss of the benefit of any contract or other agreement or arrangement; losses which do not arise naturally from a breach of contract in the usual course; death or personal injury; damage to health; damage to reputation; legal costs.
Delivery Address” means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the electronic Booking form on the Website.
Goods” means the items offered for sale, described or displayed on the Website.
GST” has the meaning provided by A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Law” means any written rule or collection of rules, including, but not limited to any statute, regulation, order or rule, any government ordinance or by-law, any governmental agency’s rule, regulation or determination, and any form of custom or policy recognised and enforced by judicial decision.
Booking” means a request by you to purchase Goods and Services from SOUL IV in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Personal Information” has the meaning as defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Price” means the purchase price of each Good as specified on the Website (for the avoidance of doubt, including GST).
Products” are any goods offered for sale or supplied or promoted by us.
You” and “your” are references to either a user or a purchaser or prospective purchaser of the Products.
Terms of Service” means these Terms of Service, as amended from time to time.
Website Terms” means the Terms of Service governing your use of the Website, in addition to these Terms of Service.
We“, “us” and “our” are references to SOUL IV Pty Ltd

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Acceptance of Terms of Service

Your access to and use of the Service is governed and limited by this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.  If you do not accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, you are strictly prohibited from visiting, accessing, registering with and/or using the Service or any information or Content provided through the Service, except as necessary to review this Agreement.  The Agreement is subject to change from time to time, and we reserve the right to revise or remove any part of this Agreement or the Service in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you.  Any changes to this Agreement are effective upon posting to the Website.  Unless otherwise indicated, any new Content added to the Service is also subject to this Agreement upon its release.  If you disagree with this Agreement or any terms or conditions herein, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Service.  Your continued use after a change to this Agreement has been posted constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement as modified by the changes.


We accept no liability for any failure to properly comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any provision of this Agreement which is illegal, void or unenforceable in a jurisdiction will, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of the illegality, voidability or unenforceability, but without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in another jurisdiction.

If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms of Service on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on another occasion.

SOUL IV reserves the right at all times to make changes to these Terms of Service. Any variations to these Terms of Service will take effect from posting on the Website. The Terms of Service that apply at the time of Booking are those that govern your relationship with SOUL IV with respect to that Booking. A failure or delay by SOUL IV to exercise a power or right under these Terms of Service does not constitute as a waiver of that power or right, and the exercise of a power or right by SOUL IV does not prelude its future exercise or the exercise of any power or right.

Consumer health information disclaimer

The information materials on this Website have been provided for general information only.  While SOUL IV has used reasonable endeavours to ensure the quality of the information:

  1. it is provided “as is” and SOUL IV does not warrant that it is accurate, complete, reliable, current, of a particular quality or suitable for your particular circumstances;
  2. it is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by an appropriately qualified health care professional (you always consult a medical professional and obtain appropriate medical advice including interpretation of these materials);
  3. some of the information has been provided or made available by third parties (or derived from that information) and does not necessarily reflect any policies, procedures, standard or guidelines of SOUL IV, any other users of this Website or any Government or association;

While SOUL IV may do so, it has no obligation to review the information on the Website to ensure it is current or to correct any error, omission or inaccuracy on the Website.

SOUL IV does not accept any liability to any person for the information or advice (or use of such information or advice) which is provided on the Website or incorporated into it by reference. SOUL IV provides this information on the understanding that all persons accessing it take responsibility for assessing its relevance and accuracy. You are encouraged to discuss their health needs with a health practitioner. If you have concerns about your health, you should seek advice from your healthcare provider or if you require urgent care you should go to the nearest Emergency Department.

Intellectual Property

Copyright (including text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings and software) is owned or licensed by us. Subject to the exceptions prescribed under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and similar legislation that applies in your location, and except as expressly authorised by these Terms of Service, you must not: adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part or any material downloaded from the Website;  or commercialise any information obtained from any part of the Website, or any Products.


Security of this Website generally

While the SOUL IV uses its best endeavours to implement security controls and prevent unauthorised access to, or use of, the Website, you acknowledge that the internet is an insecure public network where there is a risk that your use of, and interactions with, this Website may be viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties and that this Website and any information on this Website may contain Harmful Code.

To the extent permitted by law, SOUL IV does not guarantee that there will not be, or accept any liability for, any Harmful Code on the Website or a breach of security by a third party or any interference with or damage to your computer system, software or data occurring in connection with or relating to this Website.

SOUL IV may use cookies in relation to accessing and using this Website.

Basic online security – your obligations

While you are ultimately responsible for your own online security, SOUL IV recommends that you:

  1. ensure that you are using the most recent version of your operating system and software (including web browser) with the latest patches and updates applied;
  2. ensure that you have anti-virus software installed and working on your computer, that its definitions are up to date and that it is configured to scan and inbound and outbound emails and files;
  3. ensure your browser is configured to minimise the likelihood of your computer or privacy being affected by Harmful Code;
  4. be suspicious of strange emails, attachments or hyperlinks; and
  5. if you suspect your computer has been affected by Harmful Code you should contact your IT service provider or anti-virus vendor.


You agree:

  1. to maintain any information that is confidential or proprietary in nature or is designated as such (including without limitation the software, source code, technology, tools, processes, functional specifications and technical materials on which the Website is based) which you access via the Website in strict confidence at all times; and
  2. not to disclose, use, transmit, inform or make available to any person any of that information except as necessary to perform your obligations or exercise your rights under these Terms of Service.

This clause does not apply to any confidential information which you can demonstrate:

  1. is or becomes known to the public through no breach of these Terms of Service;
  2. was previously known by you, or subsequently provided to you, without any obligation to hold it in confidence;
  3. is independently developed by you without the use of confidential information; or
  4. is approved for release by written authorisation of SOUL IV, but only to the extent of such authorisation.

Conditions for Booking 

All online bookings require a debit or credit card to be stored for payment on our online booking system, Square.

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise which require you to either cancel or reschedule your bookings, to be able to facilitate bookings, we do require debit or credit card details to be stored at the time of booking.

While SOUL IV doesn’t take a deposit or upfront payment at the time of booking, SOUL IV will charge a cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time, or if the customer doesn’t attend their booking.

Any credit and debit card details stored on our booking system will only be stored for 14 days following a booking unless you save your card for future transactions.


We understand your circumstances may change occasionally, and your wellbeing is very important to us.

We appreciate appointment cancellation requests in advance where possible, keeping in mind that SOUL IV has a 24-hour cancellation policy from your appointment time.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

SOUL IV reserves the right to refund payments when they deem it compassionate circumstances, although this may fall under the above guidelines.

A no-show fee will apply if you are a “no show” to your appointment without notifying SOUL IV customer service.

Refunds (packages only)

SOUL IV strives to provide awareness and accessibility of premium quality IV vitamin therapy to our clients. This is why we offer pre-purchased IV vitamin packages to continue your wellness journey into the future.

Our Customer Experience Specialists and Infusion Nurses perform extensive medical screening to determine your suitability for IV Vitamin infusion treatments and help you create an individually tailored wellness plan to reach your health goals.

It is important that you provide SOUL IV staff with full discretion regarding your medical history during our medical screening processes.

We recommend at least one IV treatment before committing to a pre-purchased vitamin package to ensure this service is right for you.

All pre-purchased packages have a 12 month expiry date from the date of purchase.

If a pre-purchased pack appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, that infusion will be forfeited.

We are unable to provide a refund based on a change of mind under any circumstances. However, we can transfer your prepaid credit to another family member or friend. Otherwise, you will forfeit your payment.

Refunds for pre-purchased packages may be accepted if you are able to provide a medical letter from your doctor clearly stating why you are no longer suitable to continue vitamin infusion therapy.

SOUL IV reserves the right to refund payments if a medical letter has been provided.

In the event you are eligible to receive a refund of your pre-purchased package, we can only offer a partial refund for any unused package items. When partially refunding a discounted pack, the total price of the infusions administered will apply.

Service Cancellation

In the event that card details are not supplied to confirm a booking, management reserves the right to refuse any further bookings or services to the individual. SOUL IV reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time, especially with inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour to any SOUL IV staff member.

The consumer is to fill out and sign a Consent Form before the commencement of services for each individual’s first appointment. This is supplied on your booking confirmation email. If you haven’t received that, our nurse will provide this upon arrival to your appointment.

Please make the team aware before your appointment if you have any medical conditions or allergies, as this could affect the appointment going ahead. This is to make sure that this service is safe for you. Please disclose this also in the waiver and to your nurse. If we arrive to your appointment and any contraindications have not been disclosed beforehand, then a 100% cancellation fee will be charged if we can’t tailor a new treatment to you.

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or change the time of an appointment when the appointment is booked online outside of business hours 8am to 8pm. We require a consent form to be filled in at the time of booking online and not at the appointment when with the nurse so we have time to review the consent submitted. If there is anything noted on the consent that needs more investigation, rescheduling will happen.

All clients under 18 years of age will require a referral or a consult booked with us prior to treatment.

Potential side effects

SOUL IV employs registered and qualified nurse practitioners to administer the service however, there are possible risks and side effects with the procedure, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in your skin colour
  • Fast or slowing heartbeat
  • Pain or redness at the site
  • Chest pain or pain in the legs or calves
  • Rapid breathing
  • Shortness of breath
  • Headaches

Conditions for Booking and Delivery

You may place a Booking through the Website.  A Booking submitted by you on the Website in the manner described on the Website is an offer by you to purchase Goods for the Price (plus any Delivery Fee and for the avoidance of doubt, GST) as specified at the time you submit your Booking. You acknowledge that all Bookings are with respect to Goods intended for personal and domestic use only and non-commercial use, and quantity restrictions may apply as set out on the Website from time to time. In completing the Booking, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details (or those of your nominated recipient for gifts) to enable the processing and delivery of your Booking. This information will also be used by the nurse to fulfil your Booking. SOUL IV will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver Goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of a Booking by you. You also agree to obtain consent to provide SOUL IV any personal details for nominated recipients of gifts.

You may Book from SOUL IV if you are aged 18 years or over, have an active email account and a telephone number at which you can be easily contacted. When we accept a Booking, it represents an agreement by SOUL IV to supply you the Goods in accordance with the Booking and these Terms of Service.

Use of Information and Products

All information provided by us on the Website or on or in respect of any Products is provided by us as general information and is not in the nature of advice. We reserve the right to update or otherwise change this information at any time. We do not make any representations or warranties that any information we provide is reliable, up-to-date, accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose or that your access to the Website will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. Except for losses attributable to breaches of the consumer guarantees contained in the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect loss or Consequential Loss resulting from any action taken or reliance made by you on any information, content or material on the Website, or your use of the Website or any Products. Your use of information provided on the Website and any Products and Services is entirely at your own risk.

You must not adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, publish or create derivative works from any material downloaded from the Website. In addition, you may not commercialise any Products or Services, or any information or materials downloaded from the Website.

Availability of Goods

You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some Goods may be out of stock or unavailable, and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Booking. If this occurs, SOUL IV will contact you within five (5) Business Days to either arrange a full or partial refund or change your Booking. Where a comparable product or alternative arrangement cannot be agreed upon, then we will refund you the price paid for the Goods. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within five (5) Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. SOUL IV is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any Goods displayed on the Website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. SOUL IV will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of availability with respect to a particular Good.

Where a Good which is the subject of a Booking has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the Goods has already been processed, we will use reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us in respect of that Good within five (5) Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. Supplement Wholesalers is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

Where your Booking is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in relation to a description of Goods, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the Booking that is the subject of the error. If applicable, SOUL IV will proceed to fulfil the remainder of your Booking in accordance with these Terms of Service. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your Booking, you can return your Booking to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. all pictures and images of Goods displayed on the Website are for illustration purposes only;
  2. you have read any corresponding written description of the Goods prior to submitting your Booking; and
  3. the product is not a substitute to your own health professional’s advice.

Price & Payment

All prices stated are inclusive of GST. SOUL IV reserves the right to change or alter Prices of Goods on without notice to you, unless you have already submitted an Booking at a stipulated Price, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing (provided your Booking is not affected by a pricing error, in which case the procedure in apply).

You can pay for your Goods by any of the methods specified on our Website, which includes but are not limited to credit card, Pay Pal. When paying by credit card, you authorise SOUL IV to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your Booking. In paying or attempting to pay for the Goods, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any Law.

You will receive a tax Invoice by email once payment in respect of your Booking has been processed.


All shipments are sent through Australia Post and Express Post and postage times may vary based on government restrictions and other factors outside our control. Please note that delays may occur and we appreciate your understanding noting that these issues might be out of our control and ask you to expect a slight delay if the COVID-19 restrictions are increased.

Sending within Victoria

  • Metro: up to 2 business days
  • Country: up to 5 business days

Sending interstate from NSW

  • Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points
  • Country: please ask at your local Post Office


Ownership and risk in the Products will pass to you from the moment they are posted by us. Products will be posted to the address stipulated in your order. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. We may post Products in instalments if not all of the Products you order are available at the same time for delivery. SOUL IV uses Delivery Agents to deliver your Goods. You agree to your details including your Delivery Address to be supplied to the Delivery Agent for the purpose of delivering your Goods.

The delivery times provided by SOUL IV are estimates only. We aim to have all orders dispatched by the next day however, we are not responsible for delays that may be incurred by any courier service we use. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Our customer service representatives will do absolutely everything they can to contact you on the details provided. To ensure prompt delivery, please make sure you enter the correct delivery address. If you think you may not be home at the time of delivery it may be advantageous to use your place of employment instead of home. SOUL IV cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses. Customer to pay for postage before order is completed. From time to time, SOUL IV may not be able to achieve the delivery time frames.

You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding anything else in this clause:

  1. SOUL IV cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames;
  2. delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances; and
  3. SOUL IV is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Standard delivery fee applies to all orders.

If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place. The representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving delivery on your behalf, and you agree that we will be entitled to rely on the representative’s instructions as if they were your own. Alternatively, you may provide authority to leave your order outside your delivery address in the comments section during the checkout process. By providing authority to leave, SOUL IV is not held liable for lost or damaged goods.

On delivery, the Delivery Agent may require you or your nominated representative to provide them with proof of identity, such as photo identification or proof of age. SOUL IV may not make delivery of the Goods if the person receiving the Goods is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of identity or age. Where delivery cannot take place due to insufficient identification, a calling card may be left for you to collect the Goods from a local Australia Post office, or the goods may be returned to us in which case you will be required to contact SOUL IV to arrange redelivery at your expense. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.

If authority to leave your order outside your delivery address has not been provided and there is no one available at the Delivery Address to accept delivery, or there is limited access to the Delivery Address or it is unsafe or impractical to make delivery, the goods will be returned to SOUL IV.

Online Store – Right of cancellation and Product returns policy

In some circumstances you may have a legal right to return Products, for example, where the Australian Consumer Law applies, pursuant to one of the consumer guarantees under the Act. We will not accept returns of Products, provide a refund, or exchange Products if you simply change your mind after ordering Products. If you do have a right of cancellation, you must tell us you wish to cancel within seven days of receiving the Products.

The Products must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving them:-

in their original condition (both Products and packaging);

  1. securely wrapped;
  2. together with our delivery slip; and
  3. at your own risk and cost.

When we have received the Products, we will credit your credit card or debit card with the purchase price of the Products no later than 30 days from the date the Products are received by us. It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard, and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. SOUL IV is required to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types, and as such, all of your refunds will be credited to the card you nominated in your Booking. Unless provided for under these Terms of Service, no cancellations or changes to Bookings will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the stated Delivery Address in accordance with these Terms of Service. Therefore, you should carefully check that your order is accurate before you submit it to us.

Goods can only be returned under these Terms of Service, Services rendered cannot be refunded or returned.

The Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms of Service.

Dispute resolution

The parties will use reasonable endeavours acting in good faith to resolve any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement (“Dispute”) as soon as reasonably possible. If the parties cannot resolve a Dispute within fourteen (14) days a party may give notice to the other describing the Dispute and requiring its resolution under this clause, in which case the parties will refer the Dispute to mediation by a VIC Law Society approved mediator who is:-

  1. greed by the parties, or
  2. failing their agreement appointed by the President of the VIC (on the application of any party), on the terms of the standard mediation agreement approved by the VIC and any information obtained solely under that reference may not be used for any purpose other than settling the Dispute under this clause.

If the Dispute is not resolved within twenty-one (21) days of its referral to mediation, a party may commence proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction. All proceedings under this clause will be held at the VIC offices unless the parties agree otherwise. Each party must continue to perform their obligations under this Agreement despite the Dispute or any proceedings under this clause. Except where urgent interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction is being sought, no party may commence proceedings in any court seeking resolution of the Dispute until the provisions of this clause have been complied with.

The parties agree that:-

  1. a party’s failure to comply with the provisions of this clause may cause irreparable harm and/or substantial damage to the other party;
  2. damages are an inadequate remedy for any breach or threatened breach of this clause;
  3. if a party fails to comply with that party’s obligations under this clause, the non-defaulting party may seek specific performance without proof of actual damage; and
  4. neither the defaulting party nor any person under their control may claim that the breach should not be the subject of equitable relief.

Limitation of liability

SOUL IV shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with or relating to the use of or inability to use this site, including without limitation any liability as a publisher of information, as a reseller of any products or services, for any defective products, for any incorrect or inaccurate information, for any unauthorised access to or disclosure of your transmissions or data, for statements or conduct of any third party on the site, or for any other matter relating to this site or any linked site.

This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, loss of data, cost of procuring substitute goods, services or information, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including without limitation negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if the user advises of the possibility of such damages. The limitations of liability set forth herein are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between SOUL IV and the user. The products, information and services offered on and through this site would not be provided without such limitations. Because the laws of some states may not allow for the exclusion of certain damages, in such states, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the sole and entire maximum liability of SOUL IV for any reason, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause or claim whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you for any product, information or service purchased by you from SOUL IV.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SOUL IV against all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including without limitation any reasonable solicitors fees resulting or arising from or relating to your use of or conduct on the site, any activity related to your account by you or any other person, any material that you submit to, post on or transmit through the site, your violation of these Terms of Service, your infringement or violation of any rights of another, or termination of your access to this site.

All Products and Services offered on or through SOUL IV are provided subject to any applicable tariffs and any accompanying Terms of Service.
