Our Sydney service area
While Sydney bookings are on hold, this section sets out the area our Sydney service covers, so you know what to expect when bookings reopen.
The Sydney service is fully mobile: the nurse travels with everything needed for the appointment, and there is no Sydney clinic. It covers four areas, the CBD, the Eastern Suburbs, the Inner West and the North Shore. Sydney Harbour divides them, with the North Shore on the far side of the Harbour Bridge and the Harbour Tunnel, and that crossing is the main factor in travel time between them.

About Sydney
A city built around its harbour
Sydney is organised around its harbour. The city centre sits on the southern shore, between Circular Quay and Darling Harbour, and the water runs west into the Parramatta River and east out through the Heads to the Pacific.
The Harbour Bridge, opened in 1932, and the Harbour Tunnel, opened in 1992, are the two road crossings near the city, and they shape how long it takes to get between the North Shore and everywhere south of the water.
